When will my order be delivered?

Aluminium Venetian Blinds, Roller Blinds & Vertical Blinds:
Your custom made aluminium Venetian blinds, roller blinds and vertical blinds will usually be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Our free courier service is available in most areas of mainland Great Britain. However, occasionally, we may be out of stock of certain materials which could affect this estimated delivery time; in such cases you will be advised on expected delivery dates as soon as we are able.

Roman Blinds, Woodslat Blinds & Eyelet Curtains:
Your custom made roman blinds, woodslat blinds and eyelet curtains will usually delivered within 15 working days. Our free courier service is available in most areas of mainland Great Britain.  However, occasionally, we may be out of stock of certain materials which could affect this estimated delivery time; in such cases you will be advised on expected delivery dates as soon as we are able.


Can an order be delivered to a different address other than my home?

Yes. At checkout you will be given the option to select a different delivery address.

What happens if no one is available when my goods are delivered?

Goods purchased will be delivered to the specified address, however should there be no one available to receive the goods in question, a card will be left informing you that a delivery attempt has been made. The delivery will be taken to the nearest depot in your area, awaiting your instruction for redelivery or collection. Should you be unable to accept the delivery of goods on the second attempt, any subsequent deliveries will be chargeable.
